Welcome to Hucknall Road Medical Centre

Welcome to our website! We hope you find our website informative and easy to navigate around.

St Mary’s Patients

As you are aware St Mary's has been temporarily closed by the CQC. We have offered to provide your care in the interim, so please do not hesitate to ring us if you need to be seen. You will be required to register as a temporary patient so you will be asked to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to complete this form.

If you have a repeat prescription we have a two working day policy and you must bring your prescription to reception. We do not take repeat prescription over the phone.

We understand this is a confusion situation and we will try and help you as much as we can however if you need further information about St Mary's closure you must contact the CQC on 0115 8839570 or email on patientexperienceteam@nottinghamcity.nhs.uk

Let me also reassure our registered patients that your care will not be affected in any way.

SMS SERVICE

The surgery has been using SMS to inform patients of their appointments for many years now. We would now like to extend this service by sending health promotion information via SMS. This would include helpful websites or leaflet links and telephones numbers. Imagine you are with the doctor and they want to give you a telephone number for a service – the GP can text the number instantly to your phone!

View our leaflet here which will allow you to make an informed decision. Please return this form to reception if you would like to be signed up to this service. Alternatively we will be texting all patients with a registered mobile number. This message will allow you to text back if you would like to opt out.
