In this practice, you might be asked to take part in a clinical research study. Alternatively, ask our staff about clinical studies suitable for you.Taking part in a clinical research study is voluntary and can be a rewarding experience.

Attention patients under 25- We need your views!!!
The practice is taking part in a project aimed at improving access to medical services for patients under 25 years of age and we would like to hear your views. If you are under 25 or care for someone who is, then please let us know what you think of the services we provide. You can do so by downloading one of the below forms and either dropping in at the main front desk or the suggestion box in the reception area. If you wish to submitt it via email, please send your request (including email address) via contact us section and we will provide you with relevant infromation.

A regular clinics are now being offered at the practice. Please enquire at the reception for more information.
Practice physiotherapy clinic is held on Wednesday and Fridays; leaflets are available at the reception.
Ever struggled to get an appointment?
In December total of 505 appointments were NOT ATTENDED by patients. This include 342 GP appointments, 120 nurse appointments and 43 HCA appointments.
If you cannot attend or no longer need the appointment, please let us know. This will allow us to allocate your slot to other patients who need to see a clinician. You can cancell or re-book your appointment on line (please scroll down to the bottom of this page alternatively visit appointment section of the website), via phone, sms or face to face at reception.

Practice Boundaries and out of area registration
Hucknall Road Medical Centre encompasses a close catchment area, however under new arrangements introduced from January 2015 we now have the option to register patients who live outside the practice area. Please note that out of area registration is voluntary and you may still be refused because you live outside of the practice boundaries.
