Newsletter

After examining and analysing the results of our recent patient survey, our Patient Forum suggested that the practice produce a quarterly newsletter. The newsletter aims to be a helpful form of communication, keeping our patients up-to-date with practice developments and changes. Please click on the 'Latest News' tab on the right hand side to view/download the Spring Edition of the newsletter.

If you would like to subcribe to our newsletter, please click on the link below in the 'Online Services' section and enter your details. You will receive an email notification each time our quarterly newsletter is released.

Summary Care Record

Patients of Hucknall Road Medical Centre should have received a Patient Information Pack in reference to the Summary Care Record (SCR). Please visit our SCR page on the right to find out more information or to download the Opt Out Form.   

Patient Survey

We have finished conducting our annual patient survey. Thank you to all those who took part. You can access the survey resuts/report via the link on the right hand side.

Results/Referrals/Prescriptions

Hucknall Road Medical Centre would like to remind patients to call after 2pm when phoning regarding results, referrals and prescriptions. This enables easier access to the phone lines for patients calling in for appointments at busy times.
