Online Form – confirmation of opening hours

Please be advised that our online form for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries and admin requests are now only accessible during our core opening hours.

Our online form for medication request will remain open until safe capacity is reached for the day.

This change is being made in line with the GP contract and to ensure that we can respond to your queries promptly and safely within our staffed hours. If you need assistance outside of these times, please contact NHS 111 or use other appropriate services.

Core Opening Hours: 🕘 Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:30
📅 Closed on weekends and bank holidays and staff training days
